Appraize LLC uses cookies and similar technologies on our web application and website at www.appraize.ai for the following purposes:

2.1 Essential Cookies

These cookies are necessary for the Service to function, including authentication tokens, session identifiers, and security cookies. Without these cookies, the Service cannot operate.

  • sb-access-token: Authentication session (Session)
  • sb-refresh-token: Session renewal (7 days)

2.2 Functional Cookies

These cookies remember your preferences such as theme and sidebar layout settings.

  • appraize:theme: Theme preference (localStorage)
  • appraize:sidebar-*: Sidebar layout preferences (localStorage)

2.3 Analytics Cookies

3. Local Storage

The Service uses browser local storage to persist user preferences and application state. You can clear local storage through your browser settings.

4. Third-Party Cookies and Tracking Technologies

In addition to the analytics tools described above, the Service uses the following third-party technologies, which may set their own cookies and share data with the providers across other websites:

4.1 Meta Pixel

The Service uses the Meta Pixel, provided by Meta Platforms, Inc. This technology places cookies and collects behavioral data about your interactions with our website, including pages visited and actions taken. This data is used to measure advertising effectiveness and to deliver relevant advertisements on Meta platforms (Facebook and Instagram). In addition to browser-side pixel tracking, certain conversion events are also transmitted to Meta server-side via Meta's Conversions API. Data collected through the Meta Pixel is subject to Meta's Privacy Policy, available at https://www.facebook.com/privacy/policy. You can opt out of Meta's use of your data for advertising purposes at https://www.facebook.com/ads/preferences.

4.2 Affiliate Tracking (Rewardful)

We use Rewardful to operate our affiliate program. When you arrive through an affiliate referral link, Rewardful sets a cookie to attribute any resulting subscription to the referring affiliate. This cookie does not identify you personally to the affiliate. See Rewardful's Privacy Policy.

4.3 Email Sign-Up Forms (Kit)

Some pages embed email sign-up forms provided by Kit (formerly ConvertKit). When these forms load, Kit may set cookies to manage form display and to associate a submission with your sign-up. See Kit's Privacy Policy.

5. Managing Cookies

Most browsers allow you to control cookies through settings. You can view and delete cookies, block cookies from specific websites, and configure notification preferences. Disabling essential cookies will prevent you from using the Service.

6. Do Not Track

There is currently no universally accepted standard for Do Not Track (DNT) signals, and we do not currently respond to them. As described above, some of the third-party technologies we use — including the Meta Pixel, Google Analytics, and Microsoft Clarity — involve sharing certain data with those providers, who may combine it with information collected across other websites. You can limit this through your browser settings and the provider opt-outs linked in this policy.
